I received my button just last night at the Hollywood Bowl DMB show from Kayla. I'd heard all about the LoVE movement but being on the west coast, I hadn't had an opportunity to meet any of the key supporters. As it turns out, Matt's family was in attendance with Kayla at the show. Matt sounds like a most amazing person! I wish I'd had the privilege of knowing him. I certainly am inspired by this movement and will do my best to pass on the LoVE!

I got my pin last night at my first Dave concert in 8 years (SLC, USANA ampitheater), 8/17/10. As is pretty common to the stories above, I got my pin from Kayla and one of her girlfriends - damn, that girl spreads the LoVE. I wasn't sure what the significance was (actually wondered if it was part of the cover art from the Big Whiskey album), but just discovered the significance on an internet search. Beautiful, simple message. Will wear frequently and with pride.

I have a "LOVE" tattoo on the back of my neck and the letters are made out of cooking utensils. I got it because I am an aspiring chef and I designed the tattoo so it means a lot to me. Anyways, I was walking down the road in Manhattan Beach towards my car when a woman in another car in the road asked me about my tattoo and asked to take a picture of it for the website. She then thanked me and handed me two LOVE pins. It really brightened my day.

At my request, my wife made me a LOVE sign on a sheet of paper and I held it during the DMB Hershey 2010 show. I was standing next to a young shy guy about 4 rows from the stage. I noticed he was wearing a LOVE button. He said his name was Andrew. I asked what he knew about the LOVE movement & I told him I had heard about Matt and although I never met him, I really loved his simple, purposeful message. I said I had been seeking a LOVE button and asked where he got it. He said he got it from Kayla and then promptly took it off & gave it to me. I offered to pay him for it but he refused. What a sweetheart! My LOVE sign was held up a few times during the show when there were some skirmishes in the crowd and it really brought about harmony in situations that could have turned ugly. I am so grateful for the impact those 4 letters made. LOVE, best 4 letter word in the English language. Much gratitude for the soul known as Matt for bringing LOVE to light for so many, esp for those he never met!

I got to carry the LoVE sign at Virginia Beach this year. Kayla gave me extra buttons which I spread around us. Some people knew about the campaign and asked to have their pictures taken with the sign. The Virginia Beach show happened to be on my mother's birthday. I had spent the day with her last year, when she turned 90. She died last September, and so on the first anniversary of My Mother's Birthday Without Her I got to celebrate the love instead of mourn her passing. I look forward to purchasing LoVE buttons and handing them out to all my friends at the Gorge this year.

I got my LoVE button at the tailgate at PNC park. I met some fellow ants, and said how much I wanted to find a pin, and someone took theirs off and handed it to me.

Kayla gave me the button from her bandanna after leaving the PNC show. Way too nice. She said she had it on there since she met Dave for the first time, and I had met Dave for the first time earlier that day. Thank you Kayla, the button is on my guitar strap. LoVE. Ps Zac Brown was wearing one. It's spreading.

I ordered my button and sticker after reading about Matt and the foundation. I have had a rough year of it, and learning about Matt gave me a new perspective. My hub and I were honored to hold the traveling LoVE sign at Mansfield N1. There was an amazing response from those around us, we met so many kind people. We have been handing out buttons and stickers at the shows we attend, it's a great feeling to share the LoVE!

Honored to say that I got my LoVE button at SPAC this year and got to hold the LoVE sign with my fiancee during the show on night 1. It was amazing to watch people's faces smile as they learned the story of Matt and his message of LOVE!

My beautiful daughter gave me my first LOVE button which was lost but I'm sure reclaimed. My second button I found on a table at Sharkey's. It's a privilege to wear Matt's LOVE!!

I got my LoVE button at the Dave Matthews Band concert in Toronto on June 1st. As I was waiting for the concert to begin, I was found guilty of studying the pillow case sign that the girl beside me was holding. I told her it was cool, and she told me the story of LoVE, then handed be, and my group of 4 a pin. I try my hardest to wear it every day on some item of clothing, along with my other pins. It sure is one to stand out. :]

From the LoVE Foundation, bought a bunch to hand around, will be buying more to spread the word/LoVE! I bought it because I truly believe in what the LoVE Foundation is doing, and I believe the word needs to be spread. Love isn't in people lives nearly enough, when it is its about the "big" love; not just the loving of friends, families, and communities. Truly inspiring, thank you all so much! Thank you Matt for having such a great vision!

One of my LoVE buttons stays on my visor in the car (where I spend a huge chunk of my day) as a reminder of Matt & his love for life. It keeps me grounded on a daily basis and reminds me of my great friendship with Matt.
